Cream the butter to make it soft and smooth.
Add the milk, vanilla and a little bit of the icing sugar.
Mix it well.
Add a little more of the icing sugar and mix well again.
Continue to add the sugar a bit at a time, until the icing
reaches a good spreading consistency.
Put the icing into smaller bowls. Use a few drops of food colouring to make the icing the same colours as your favorite hockey teams jerseys.
