What to Include in Your Proposal

1. Title Page stack of papers graphic
2. Summary of project
3. Introduction to your organization
4. Needs Assessment: Why is this project needed?
5. Objectives and Goals: What do you hope to accomplish?
6. Action Plan or Time Line: Tells how your project will be done.
7. Your Partners: Explain how your partnerships work.
8. Outcomes: What are the results?
9. Report Writing: When will you hand in reports? Is your organization fiscally responsible?
10. Evaluations: How will you evaluate the program?
11. Budget: What money or in kind support do you have? What and how much are you applying for?
12. Support Letters
